Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our t-shirts, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color/design preferences.

Each shirt is custom-produced specifically for your order, so we cannot resell or restock returned items.

Exceptions (Defects or Shipping Issues)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives:

• Damaged during shipping, or
• With a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect print, wrong size shipped due to our error),
• please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full/partial refund. You may need to return the defective item at our expense in approved cases.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once we start making your shirt(s), the order cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Sizing & Product Info

Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before purchasing. We recommend measuring yourself or comparing to a similar shirt you already own. Slight variations in color/printing can occur due to the custom printing process.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs at customs. No returns or refunds will be issued for refused international shipments.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit (per tracking), contact us and we will work with the carrier. We may issue a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
